Delivery
The Company provides free delivery to all airports within New Zealand. Availability of products may change without notice. In case of delivery of incorrect products or failure to deliver goods in time, a refund will be offered. The Allowances for different countries are updated as and when required. You are advised to check the allowances from the respective embassies. Please ensure that all over allowance goods are declared. The Company will not be responsible for any customs charges or fines. You are also advised to check the regulations of the country being entered as some countries prohibit the import of certain goods.
Picking Up The Order
Please note that all dutyfree orders must be in the name of the person travelling to uplift their Duty Free order. If you need to change the name of the person who is picking up the Duty Free order you must call us on 0800 829 373 or +64 4 380 7500 to arrange a name change (you will need to allow 2 working days notice although we do our best to accomodate late changes). Should we be unable to change the name for whatever reason, we will refund your order.
Refunds
The Company is happy to refund products that are damaged or faulty or where incorrect products are supplied within a reasonable time. All electronic goods and watches are sent to the manufacturer/supplier to assess for any use or damage. In most cases these can be checked well within 10 working days. All goods returned whether they are faulty or not must have proof of purchase supplied such as a till/register receipt or Docket Number.
Privacy
The information provided by the customer is for the exclusive use of the company. The information will not be made available in any form to any other organisation. You will receive E-mail messages confirming orders placed. You may also receive messages via e-mail or post from the company announcing special offers or promotions.
