Collection points:
Auckland International Airport:
Passengers departing from or arriving in to Auckland International Airport need to collect their goods from the collection point called "The Collection Point". On departure, this is located immediately after immigration and security. On arrival, this is located before Customs and baggage collection. Click here to view the location of "The Collection Point".
Important changes to The Collection Point on arrivals only.
Please note that from 27 January 2012 we will no longer be using DFS Galleria to hand out arrival orders. All orders to be picked up from The Collection Point beside Travelex Money Exchange at all times. If you are a Passenger arriving into Pier B (Gates 15 & 16) will have a 4 minute walk to the Collection Point to uplift your order before proceeding to clear customs. There is no change to the Departure Collection Point procedure.
Christchurch International Airport:
Passengers departing from or arriving in to Christchurch International Airport need to collect their goods from the collection point called Tax and Duty Free Shopping. On departure, this is located after passport control and security screening. On arrival, this is located prior to passport control.
Wellington International Airport:
It is with regret to announce that we are no longer able to service duty free pick-up for passengers arriving or departing at Wellington Airport. Click here for more information.
Dunedin International Airport:
Passengers departing from or arriving in to Dunedin International Airport need to collect their goods from the collection point located inside the Duty Free Stores New Zealand store. On departure, this is located after immigration and security. On arrival, this is located before Customs and baggage collection.
Hamilton International Airport:
Passengers departing from or arriving in to Hamilton International Airport need to collect their goods from the collection point located inside the Duty Free Stores New Zealand store. On departure, this is located after immigration and security. On arrival, this is located before Customs and baggage collection.
Rotorua International Airport:
Passengers departing from or arriving in to Rotorua International Airport need to collect their goods from the collection point located inside the Duty Free Stores New Zealand store. On departure, this is located after immigration and security. On arrival, this is located before Immigration and baggage collection.
Queenstown International Airport:
Passengers departing from or arriving in to Queenstown International Airport need to collect their goods from the collection point located inside the Duty Free Stores New Zealand store. On departure, this is located after immigration and security. On arrival, this is located before Customs and baggage collection.
Please note that we do not service cruise ships.
Important information for customers placing arrival orders:
In the unlikely event that your return flight to New Zealand is diverted to another airport, please ensure that your duty free docket (a printout of the order email that you receive) is stamped by New Zealand customs at the airport in which you clear customs. This will allow us to distribute the goods to you after your return.

The toll-free call centre (0800 829 3733) is open from 9am to 5pm from Monday to Friday. The Call Centre is not open on weekends or public holidays but this website can still take your order - please allow 2 business days to process your order following a public holiday. Duty Free Orders can be made by contacting the call centre during these hours.

It is with regret to announce that we are no longer able to service duty free pick-up for passengers arriving or departing at Wellington Airport.
JR/Duty Free, who operates the duty free concession at Wellington Airport and the passout facility we use to distribute goods at the airport, had increased its charges to us by 240%. This means the cost to us of handing out the average bag of duty free at Wellington Airport would have increased from $13 to $44.
