Duty Free Stores New Zealand customers can choose to be added to our email newsletters and receive our best deals sent straight to their Inbox. Our Frequent Buyer Club Members may also receive real newsletters in their actual mailboxes from time to time.

Customers can opt out of receiving our emails at anytime. We will never share or sell your personal information.

We collect information (such as your name, shipping and billing address, credit card number, email address, etc.) from you that we need to:

  • process your order
  • provide you with customer support
  • allow you to use the website
  • send you newsletters and other communications

Your Credit Card information is deleted off our server as soon as your order with us has been processed. We do not store your credit card details anywhere on our web server once your order has been processed!

We may share information collected by us with third parties to help process your order (e.g. shipping companies, credit card processors, etc.) or to provide statistical and demographic analysis  to help us and our business partners provide you with better services and offerings. However, we do not share, rent, lease, or sell your personal information (e.g. your email address, your credit card information, your name, your address, etc.) to any third party for their independent use or benefit.

Normal price
This is our regular Duty Free price available online through this website. This price could however differ from our in-store prices.

Special price
We often have discounts on our products that are available to all online shoppers. These prices (if applicable) will be shown as a "Special price". Special prices only last for a limited time (and we often have limited stocks), so if you see a special that you like, grab it!

Member price/Your price
These prices are our special Duty Free prices only available to our Frequent Buyer Club Members. The Club is free to join and you can get up to 20% off your purchase when you order online or over the phone. For more information, close this window and click on the "Frequent Buyer Club" link in the menu at the top.

Please note that two working days (Mon - Fri) are required for all pre-orders placed online via this website. Orders over $50 are delivered free of charge to the international Airport where your international flight arrives into or departs from. A $6 delivery charge applies to orders under $50.
